Terms & Conditions of Stay

• Check-in / Check-out: Standard check-in: 14:00 hrs | Check-out: 11:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability at a nominal charge.
• Identity Proof: All guests must present valid photo ID on check-in.
• Foreign nationals: Passport + visa for OCI card for overseas citizens of India
• Indian Nationals: Government-issued photo ID with address (driving licence, passport, Aadhaar, voter ID). PAN Card is not accepted.
• No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited except in designated rooms/suites and smoking areas, as per Government of India rules.

Payment & Reservation

• 50% advance payment required for confirmation.
• Groups ≤5 rooms: Minimum 50% advance (balance on arrival).
• Groups >5 rooms: Quoted separately with specific terms.
• Hotel may pre-authorise card for incidentals. Extras (F&B, laundry, minibar, transfers) payable by guest.
• Any post-confirmation tax increases are payable by the guest.

Cancellation, Amendment & No-Show

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival.
• Within 72 hours or no-show: 100% charges.
• Promotional/non-refundable rates: Non-cancellable and non-amendable.
• Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment mode within 7–15 working days.

Child Policy

• Up to 2 children under 6 years: Complimentary stay + breakfast in the same room.
• 1 child under 6 + 1 child 6–12 years: Extra bed (chargeable).
• 2 children above 6 years: Additional room required.

House Rules & Guest Responsibility

• Guests are liable for any damage, loss or soiling of hotel property (repair/replacement cost + service charge).
• Guests are requested to observe the Government rules and regulations in force from time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms, foreign currency payments, drugs, etc.
• Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms (lobby/public areas only, at management discretion).
• No drying clothes on balconies/windows/railings.
• Outside food & beverages not allowed (except infant food with permission).
• Alcohol only in designated areas as per local laws. Illegal substances strictly prohibited.
• Smoking in non-smoking rooms attracts deep-cleaning charges.
• Unlawful, disorderly or anti-social behaviour may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Hotel is not responsible for unattended valuables; use the in-room safe where available. Lost-and-found items held for a limited period.
• Parking (if available) at owner’s risk.

Data Privacy

The hotel collects and processes guest (and co-occupant) personal data for booking, registration, stay administration, statutory compliance, invoicing and security, with appropriate safeguards. Data may be shared with group companies or service providers under confidentiality, as necessary or required by law. By confirming the reservation, you consent to this processing. Marketing consent is optional and can be withdrawn anytime by writing to the Data Protection contact without affecting the stay. Data is retained only as long as needed under the DPDP Act, 2023, then deleted or anonymised.
 

Governing Law

Governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where the hotel is located.

Hotel management reserves the right to modify these terms.
